My method of paddock shifting my chickens with a moveable coop and electronet fencing originated from Paul’s article on raising chickens. For anyone raising chickens, it is a must read. It might make you mad, but he makes an excellent case for not using the most common method of raising chickens with a stationary coop and run. Below are pictures of what my flock did to a lush area of my property in one week. First the before picture, then the after. This illustrates his point.
